Indra Yohanes Kiling is a lecturer at Department of Psychology, Universitas Nusa Cendana, Kupang, Indonesia.
He holds a PhD degree from School of Psychology, The University of Adelaide. His PhD thesis developed a model to support young children with disabilities in West Timor, Indonesia.
His thesis was awarded with a Dean’s Commendation for Doctoral Thesis Excellence from The University of Adelaide.
